Height assessment of children and adolescents using an intelligent stallimeter

Abstract

The objective of this work is to highlight the importance of height control in all children and adolescents until the end of their growth with the aim of early detecting any alteration of the growth path.

To do this, I developed a stadiometer that is different from all the existing ones since at the same time that the child is being measured, it is informing if his/her height is within the range corresponding to his/her age, and if not, guide him/her on the importance of a control. more exhaustive doctor to detect what may be the cause of your short stature; for its correction as early as possible.

In this way avoiding not only the physical and metabolic consequences of short stature, but also all the psychological impact and bullying that it can generate
